If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return your items, please write to us at info@maisonleva.com. We will guide you through the steps to follow.

An exchange or refund of the order value on a Maison Leva gift card within 15 days of receiving your order will be granted if you are eligible.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

All returns are subject to a restocking fee.

Sale items are a final sale.

No refunds or exchanges for special orders.

No refunds will be given for delivery delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over changes in delivery dates from our suppliers (lighting, furniture, paintings and rugs).

For sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on the following items: bedding, towels, table linens, bath and body products.

Small and medium weight items including lighting, mirrors, side tables, poufs and ottomans and rugs are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Large or heavy items (30 lbs and over) are not eligible for refund.

You have 48 hours to cancel your order when we send you an email for the delivery time for items that are not in stock.

All shipping, handling and packaging costs for returns are assumed by the customer.

Shipping costs are non-refundable at all times.

We reserve the right to refuse a return of merchandise if it does not comply with our return policy.
