At Maison Leva, we’re committed to delivering your order as quickly, safely, and smoothly as possible. Below you’ll find key details about how we ship and deliver our products.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses across Canada and the continental United States. If you are located outside of these regions, please contact us for custom arrangements.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If your order requires more than 5 business days to process, our team will contact you by email to inform you of the delay.
3. Shipping Methods
We work with trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives securely. For large furniture items, white glove delivery and assembly services may be available for an additional fee—please contact us for a custom quote.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days (depending on location)
- White Glove Delivery (Furniture): 10–21 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary based on carrier delays or peak periods.
5. Delivery Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on product weight, dimensions, and destination. Orders over a certain value may qualify for free shipping (as advertised).
6. Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos if applicable. Please make sure to keep the original packaging. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.
7. Delivery Restrictions
We do not deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical street address to ensure successful delivery.
