If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return your items, please write to us at email@example.com. We will guide you through the steps to follow.
An exchange or refund of the value of the order on a Maison Leva gift card within 15 days of receipt of your order will be granted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Sale items are final sale.
No refunds or exchanges for special orders.
No refunds will be granted for delivery delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over changes in delivery dates from our suppliers (lighting, furniture, paintings and carpets).
For sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges of the following items: bedding, towels, table linens, bath and body products.
Small and medium weight items including light fixtures, mirrors, side tables, ottomans and ottomans and rugs are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Large or heavy weight items (30 lbs and over) are not eligible for refund.
You have 48 hours to cancel your order when we email you for delivery time for items that are not in stock.
All shipping, handling and packaging costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery charges are non-refundable at all times.

We reserve the right to refuse a return of merchandise if it does not comply with our return policy.
We recommend using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment of your return or purchase delivery insurance.
We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us.
