What are your delivery times?
While delivery times vary between products and suppliers, most items have delivery times between 2 and 4 weeks.
However, due to the lasting effects of the pandemic, we sometimes experience significant delays and fluctuating delivery times. If you need specific timing information, please contact us before placing your order.
The carpets have a delivery time of 2 to 6 weeks. If the rug you ordered is out of stock, we will send you an email with the return date.
Delivery times for furniture can vary between 3 and 12 weeks.
The rugs have a delivery time of 2 to 6 weeks. If the rug you ordered is out of stock, we will send you an email with the return date.
In the event that the item you ordered is out of stock, we will send you an email to let you know when it will return.
Do you ship internationally?
For now, we ship to Canada and the United States.
Do you store your Website items in your store?
For now, you will find the entire lifestyle selection in store, as well as a very limited selection of furniture.
If you would like to see a piece of furniture or lighting in person before making your purchase, please contact us.
Do you offer an in-store pickup option?
We currently offer free pickup at our space in the Villeray neighbourhood for orders under 40 lbs (decoration, lighting, rugs and small furniture).
Large or heavy items are only available for delivery due to limited space.
When your order is ready for in-store pickup, we will contact you and you must pick up your order within 14 days.
