Fays is an artisanal chocolate factory founded by Mathilde Fays, chocolatier and pastry chef from father to daughter. Nestled in the heart of the Oka region in a land abundant with fruits, vegetables, fine herbs and flowers, the Fays chocolate factory reinvents traditions into daring gourmet bites, a marriage between the infinite flavours of the terroir to which are married the highest quality chocolates.
Settled in the countryside for more than 10 years with the conviction that the earth is the source of the best creations, Mathilde and her team invite you to live an extraordinary chocolate experience from here, chocolates that delicately envelop all the richness of our land... and of a few invented countries.
With Fays, we are making a smarter choice ecologically and a more beneficial choice for our society. We are talking about a short circuit, traceability, fresh products. The company always favours products in their simplicity and in a form that comes closest to their natural form. In addition, no corn syrup, hydrogenated fat or palm oil is used.
